Lindsay Wagner
Lindsay Wagner known across the globe as the iconic Jamie Sommers in "The Bionic Woman" makes little distinction between her life as an actress, advocate, mother, humanitarian or author. What unites these various parts is a commitment through her work and her personal life to advancing human potential. While Lindsay Wagner was working as one of the most popular actors on International television, she was simultaneously pursuing a vigorous study about healing and its relationship to the expansion of human potential.
Even early in her career this commitment was evident in her Emmy Award winning portrayal of “The Bionic Woman”. Afterward, Lindsay chose to focus primarily on the genre of television movies, as this was the field, at that time, which was most receptive to socially significant ideas for films. She has stared in 40 movies, 5 mini series, 10 feature films, 3 TV series and several specials and documentaries.
